Do you have a problem? Let me tell you right away that you don’t. I believe you want to explain now that you do, and what is it etc. of course, you might think that I am joking and other stuff, but the point that I want to make is that there are two types of person: the problem-type and the WWIT to solve the problem type.
The first group focuses on the problem and spends most of their energy into thinking about the problem, how big is it, how hard is it to solve it and thus making it more and more important and bigger.
The second group focuses on solving their problems directly, without thinking why “do I have to have this kind of problem…”.
WWIT?
Let me remind you first about the most powerful solution to your problem ever. Well, the the first step in finding a solution that is.
WWIT (What Would It Take?) is a question that you should get used to asking yourself immediately after eyeing the problem. Forget about wining and stuff like that.
Problem-> WWIT-> solution
Nothing else.
Business and personal life
WWIT (What Would It Take) is a powerful business intuition tool. It lets you solve problems and delete worries fast. Don’t be deceived by its simplicity.
For example, if you ask, “what will it take to attract ideal clients?” or “what would it take to add ten percent to my income this year?” then immediately you start thinking of things that will solve that.

What is EFT tapping? Let’s tap that problem
Once you decide you want to get better and healthier, I suggest you use this very efficient technique called “EFT Tapping”. I myself started using it a few years ago at my all-time low, both physically and mentally. Energy. Lack of it big time. Even though I started following principles of a healthy life, somehow it felt just not enough.
Get your energy flow in order
For those of you not aware by now, every human has its own energy and points where that energy flows or stops. The reason it stops is that in yourself. Worries, problems, anxiety, fighting or simply traffic on your way to the job are all the reasons why you create more problems for yourself.
Tense and sore muscles and simple headaches are the first step towards sicknesses and… Well, you get the picture.
I want you to find your energy flow again.
Achieve balance
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, and it combines two aspects.
- Chinese meridian system
- Modern psychology.
We all must know about acupuncture points in our bodies that are treated with needles, in order to stimulate them and achieve the desired healing point. EFT targets those same acupuncture points, but instead of using needles, EFT does it by tapping them.
This makes your body’s physical energy system to engage with the mind, which leads to the balance and alignment between the two. EFT Tapping utilizes your body’s natural system, the energy meridian points, which stimulated (by tapping) will lead to tapping your own body’s healing power.
