I took a trip to Puno by train and wanted to maintain my good health and work habits during the 2-day trip.
So! I got up early to get in my exercise, went to bed early the night before and during the trip. And I planned work ahead of time that did not need internet access. I also picked it as my “1” day of eating anything in my 5-11 diet so I could enjoy the great food and service on the train.
With the help of the work cycle planning spreadsheet, I shared last time all went great. I was able to write for 110 minutes on my biz intuition revolution plan on Saturday. And I downloaded 7 target podcasts that I want to guest on to listen to on the bus on the way back to Cusco. Did 300 minutes on that plus taking some notes on the podcast host's style and interview format.
So fast 8 days of perfect 600 scores. And lots of habits and MIW (Most Important Work) done.
Photo is of my office on the train. They have 220v electric outlets at every seat. I eventually got used to the train motion plus I took a lot of breaks to enjoy the scenery and get fresh air and to move about and stretch.
